Our primary shipping companies are FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We may use DHL along with other freight carriers on an occasional basis. We have multiple pick-up times scheduled throughout the day. To fulfill your order faster, our shipping department will select the best carrier depending on what time of day your order is placed. Based on order volume, orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will most likely be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Cut-Off time: 2:00 PM Central Standard Time
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. “Next-day” orders placed on Friday will normally arrive on the next business day- Monday. If Saturday delivery is required Contact us HERE. The above delivery times apply to In-Stock items only. Custom-built products may require additional lead times.
Free Shipping
Orders over $49.99 qualify for Free Shipping which applies to customers in the Continental USA (48 States). MistCooling Inc. will pay for shipping up to $100.00. The customer will be notified and billed if the shipping charges exceed $100.00. The free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. Free shipping may be limited to select products and website promotions. All free shipping items are shipped via the Standard shipping method.
The free shipping option does NOT apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international customers. There may be extra shipping fees to these destinations. If your order requires additional shipping charges, our customer service rep will contact you and notify you before processing your order.
Order Online-Pick Up in a Store
It's simple and free. Local customers can place their orders online and pick them up at our store in Brookshire, Texas. Simply choose "Pick Up in Store" during checkout. Allow 1 business day for order processing. Please contact us and set up an appointment if you would like to pick up your products on the same day. Please note: You will need to complete payment during checkout through the website. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation page and the credit card used for payment so that we can verify your order.
International Shipping
The free shipping option does not apply to international customers. Mistcooling.com's website calculates international shipping charges based on the country chosen at checkout. Note that additional shipping charges may apply for some products. Our customer service rep will contact you via the email provided on your order and notify you of any additional international shipping charges. Delivery times may vary for each country as different shipping carriers, and customs clearance processes may affect the product delivery. Please note that quoted shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, insurance, and transportation charges. We shop multiple carriers to find you the most economical shipping option.
Mistcooling does not cover any costs or fees associated with customs, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. for international shipping. We are unable to calculate what those costs will be. Normally, the carrier will contact the buyer and inform them of the additional charges. The buyer is responsible for paying those costs through the carrier's preferred method. If a buyer refuses to pay or does not respond to the carrier, the buyer will be liable for all costs, charges, and/or damages related to returned or abandoned shipments.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online websites:

Shipping Costs
We do not profit from shipping. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Ground, Priority, or Next Day). Shipping costs are calculated by the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the distance it has to travel. We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories or free shipping site-wide. The Mistcooling website calculates shipping charges based on items picked during the checkout process. Note that additional shipping charges may apply for some oversized products. Our customer service rep will contact you and notify you of any additional international shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking the parts sent to Mistcooling for warranty, repairs, returns, or exchanges.
APO/FPO Addresses
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express shipping methods are currently unavailable for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
Canceling an Order

Backorders
If an item goes on back order we may ship you the part of your order that is in stock. We will ship you the rest of your order once the parts are available. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We may also fulfill the entire order with a product of equal or better quality with the same performance and function. Our customer service rep will contact you and explain the upgraded features of the replaced item. This will allow us to fulfill your order faster.
Using your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account
MistCooling, Inc. allows buyers to use their own FedEx, UPS, or DHL accounts through approved purchase orders only. A handling charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders.
Mistcooling does not allow for other 3rd party shippers/freight carriers.
Shipment of Insecticides
Per regulations, most liquid insecticides cannot be shipped via Air freight. All orders of mosquito insecticides and odor control neutralizers will be shipped via ground transportation regardless of expedited shipping options selected during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Our systems will automatically ship to the address provided on the order. MistCooling Inc. is not liable for any lost shipment due to an incorrect shipping address on your order. If your package is returned to our facility marked as "UNDELIVERABLE", we will contact you via email to re-verify the shipping address. You may be billed for re-shipment even if your original order qualified for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order at that time, the terms of our return policy will apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
We take proper care in packaging each shipment. However, please note that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it. If you have received a damaged shipment, notify the delivery driver immediately or refuse the package. MistCooling Inc. should be notified within 48 hours if you have received parts that were damaged during shipment. You may file a claim to the appropriate carrier for compensation. Likewise, if tracking information shows your package delivered and you cannot locate it, contact the appropriate shipping carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check all items upon arrival of your package immediately. MistCooling, Inc should be notified within 48 hours if your shipment consists of incorrect or missing items. This is a rare scenario but we will ship the missing parts after verification from our shipping department. Please retain all original shipping boxes and shipping labels.
