• For orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will apply when a coupon code is used unless the coupon explicitly states otherwise.
• Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
• Coupons that have exceeded their expiration date will not be accepted or considered valid.
• If a technical error occurs and a coupon is applied to an unqualified purchase, Mistcooling.com is not obligated to honor the coupon and may hold the order until the remaining balance is paid.
• Management may grant, extend, or rescind any coupon at their discretion.
